Shipping Delays

For over a year now, the USPS system and other delivery companies have experienced delays in deliveries. This is just as frustrating for us as it is for you! We will help resolve your delivery problems as much as we can, but please know that we are limited on what we can do once the USPS takes control of your package. We cannot get any more information than you can see via your tracking number. The BEST thing you can do if your delivery is delayed is contact your local post office in person for assistance.

We predict that the 2021 holiday season will see massive delays again, just like in 2020. Because of this, we urge you to make your purchases early. Our cut-off date for Christmas purchases is October 31. We will of course continue to accept orders and ship as quickly as possible after this date, but we cannot guarantee arrival for Christmas for orders after this date. We CANNOT offer assistance (file insurance claims or offer refunds) for order placed after this date until January 2022. At that time, we will evaluate remaining delayed orders and address them at that time.
